AICO has regular contact with adult retailers in Australia to promote its objectives. It provides information to assist adult retailers in reducing the availability of pirated adult films.

Identification of pirated products has been made easier with the introduction of the AICO hologram as well as regular mail outs to retail outlets and updates to this website.

AICO will also conduct mystery shopper and other investigative campaigns to uncover piracy in the adult industry.

AICO may take legal action against those who supply or sell pirated adult material in Australia. AICO acts as an agent for its members in protecting their rights and remedying any breaches of their rights through the courts if necessary.
